- You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Family administrators can invite other users and manage family members, including child accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another family's data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app (except as permitted by law).

Our Home integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Immich, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the app (events, chores, lists, photos, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your family.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Availability & Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
